tuesday tuesday…

i have thought of many things i wanted to blog on here to share and now that i have the opportunity i’m all blank! one thing i do remember is that i have added just a small handful of standard postcards with the light colored “drink me, eat me” illustration to my shop.

it is this illustration with the exception that it has “littlebighead 2008” in a lighter color at the bottom (left corner):

other than that my family and i have been enjoying babysitting natalie’s class rabbit this weekend. we are not sure if it’s a boy or girl and it doesn’t have a name, so natalie decided to call the rabbit “hermione”. “hermione” is a cute little brown rabbit and i think we are all a bit smitten. fortunately for us, we have her for another day due to the unfortunate event that natalie is sick again.

also this weekend we have visited one of favorite haunts, barnes and noble yet again. i have finished the first book of “the looking glass wars” and enjoyed it very much. i need to buy the second in the trilogy, “seeing redd” but after i finish a few other books i have started and not completed (as mentioned in my alyss, alice entry). i did see a book i want to buy and though it is bargain priced, i haven’t been able to get it yet. it’s “cabinet of natural curiousities” by albertus seba. what fascinating images and illustrations!! while we were there perusing, i managed to take a couple of pictures:

well, time to go. my little frog voiced daughter is pretending to be wendy while watching the live action peter pan movie and would like me to join her!

oh, and p.s.! thank you to my friend hollie who i got a lovely card and letter in the mail today!!!

  1. Many thanks for your enthusiastic leap into the Pool of Tears assisting Princess Alyss and Royal Bodyguard Hatter Madigan with their harrowing adventures into pop culture.

We would like to share with you new revelations from Wonderland as they come into the Looking Glass Wars Library and Hatter M Institute. If you’re interested in receiving this confidential material, before it becomes public, please supply a secure email address.
